SCREENSHOTS, SERVER and CHARACTER MUST BE PROVIDED!!!! Please, players, we have a large number of bug reports with missing information.

This is causing a lot of extra work for us and its causing a lot of delays with getting things reported. It also means that its causing delays with sorting out compensation.....

For the second day--the game is not loading. It's getting stuck on the loading screen. I'm not sure if anyone is aware of the issue and just wanted to let you know :)
