The FB share system has not worked with some players in ER and despite endless testing, no cause was found. That does not mean that the bug does not exist, only that we can not find the cause for it.

no they could collect it, the issue only affected some characters and no reason was found for that error

Its not the first time I have seen this issue, it also happened at another game host I worked for, same issue and the FB share was fixed 3 times and still did not resolve the issue. FBs tech response was that it was the game host side but with 95% of characters working and 5% not working, if it was game host side then we would have expected to see a higher failure rate..... and in fact most of the time we had problems, it was fb changing the API

Things like duty tour are a developer fix, not a AMZ fix.

We are a game host and it means that we are limited in what we can do on the games, even event templates have to be made by the developers so we can set them up and put them on the servers.

with ER the original developers have gone onto other projects....so the remaining developers are not sure how to resolve some of the game bugs.
