Here is an idea, which i think seems perfectly possible, a Team Finder tab on chat where players can go to find teams that are recruiting, I suggest this, because people are constantly spamming the world chat with team recruitment messages, this way for me personally, I find would make a) World Chat less clogged up with this sort of thing, and B) Its a more simple way to find teams, and if needs be, just post on world chat saying you have a grind team! Easily done in my opinion, Just thought i'd pitch the idea.
