VK Halli, Sarjapur Hobli, Bangalore is set to have a new residential project named Prestige Eaton Park. It features high-end residences that are big and pleasant. The cost of the land ranges from Rs. 12000 per square foot to 2.13 Cr for three- and four-bedroom apartments. It's close to well-developed company Wipro SEZ and Prestige Tech Park, which are both large IT parks. Prestige Eaton Park Specifications are more than 40 structures on the land and a lot of open space. RERA has given its approval, and it will be done by 2030.
