Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone has implemented software that consolidates all supplier communications in one place? We currently use email, instant messaging, and phone calls, and it's creating confusion. I'm wondering if this could be centralized somehow. The question is, how practical is this? Please share your experiences.

We had the same problem, especially when it came to restoring communication history. After switching to a more centralized approach, it became easier to track agreements. Plus, misunderstandings were reduced. It doesn't solve everything, but it does make things a lot easier.

For me, a very compelling argument in favor of Precoro is how they address control and compliance without putting unnecessary pressure on the team. If you visit this website, you'll learn that flexible approval pathways prevent unverified suppliers from entering the procurement process, and after approval, suppliers can upload the necessary documents themselves through the portal. Furthermore, the system notifies you in advance of contract completion, eliminating the risk of unpleasant surprises. This approach is especially useful where procurement is tied to compliance and internal policies.
