One interesting piece of newness is that the inserts for the ring date are a striking neon green (that also glow in the dark). Of link course, given the use of a dark dial color, the link numerals are done in what appears to be link a light grey while the neomatik wordmark remains a sort of tan/brown color. Even though the brand is introducing this new dial, it will continue to produce the white silver-plated dial variant as well. link

A sapphire crystal link covers either a black dial with multi-color accents or a steel dial with blue accents link and the asymmetrical subdial and date layout is supported via a hybrid Mecha-Quartz movement that combines a quartz movement with a mechanical system for actuating the chronograph. It's a "best of both worlds" solution in which you get the accuracy and link cost savings of quartz but the feel and reset behavior of a mechanical chronograph. link

The movement's layout is layered and complex rather than airy and minimalistic. The monochromatic gray tudor ranger usato version is montre automatique citizen homme the more reserved option, while the blue PVD version, tinted to match Piaget's signature shade, really makes the movement's framework pop with contrasting white metal wheels and applied indexes around the blue montre alpine homme flange.

I'm slightly breitling superocean heritage 44 partial to the 1960s design language, but compared to the other automatic chronographs released that year, the A386 feels like it's from montblanc timewalker the 1960s but with a fresh combination of light silver, grey, and blue registers. It's philip watch watches a testament to how good it looks 50-some years later that Zenith has the same tri-color combination in their current lineup.
