Symmetry is the underlying link principle behind the look of the watch. The dial layout takes obvious cues from a general vintage aesthetic while simultaneously playing on the known look of the modern Octo by way of the 12 and six markers. In order to link maintain and really hammer home the symmetrical ideal, this watch does away with the seven o'clock subsidiary running seconds dial – a hallmark of the BVL 138 caliber. Instead, there is no seconds indication, just link an hour and minute hand. link

Cutter tapped Steve Reidell, one of his oldest friends and now a touring musician, to aid in the design process. Then he brought in Donovan link Paradise, a watchmaker link at IndWatchGuys, a local watch repair shop in Fort link Wayne. Artist Mike Wille joined the band to lend his artistic touch to marketing materials and watch manuals. link
