The rainbow vibe continues beyond the dial and outside the neutral tone of the ceramic case, to the crown's rubber gripping and the stitching on the white Cordura-effect rubber strap, all falsos jaeger lecoultre relógios following the same gradient pattern found on the dial.This Japan-only brand has been hard to miss on watch social media over the past year or so. Ōtsuka Lōtec has a unique aesthetic (and distribution strategy) that, it seems, works for the masses. And I mean really works. So much so that this exact model was awarded the "Challenge" award at the 2024 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève.
We're dealing with a loud watch that demands to be looked at closely. The dial is a glossy black, which allows each of the component colors to sing on their own. The zero to 20 fake gucci watch markings on the internal bezel are done in a purple color while the rest are a stark white. And the tip of the seconds hand is a vibrant orange. But if you look at the text near six o'clock, you'll also notice that the Dual-Crown demarcation is also painted in purple.My favorite modification on this new collaboration, though seemingly insignificant, is that additional negative space on the center section of the dial paired with the gradual deepening of the engravings towards the center. It's amazing to me how those little changes make the star motif seem way more elegant and feel more like a conscious design element rather than just something to fill up a large dial. It's just a brilliant modification.

For me, it's not even close – it's the Baltic Prismic with a Green Jade dial. When I first got a preview of the trio of stone-dial Prismic models, I knew that these were going to fly. Maybe we've hit stone-dial fatigue already. But I have to say, these looked too good to be limited by that sentiment.
