So next time you walk by a Swatch store (which, if you're anything like me, will almost certainly be in the next 48 hours or so), pop in and ask for a Swatch Skin Classic. Try it on, and see what you think. I'm willing to bet fake rolex datejust that even some of you skeptics out there might fall victim to its siren’s song: "Less is more," it beckons. "Less is more…"For more, visit Swatch online. The Lomax comes in three dial colors with a combination of unidirectional 120-click bezels. The bold Rust dial comes with a matching countdown bezel. The Grey dial comes with the same bezel, and both dials are lumed at five-minute intervals, though not lumed on the 15-minute markers with their 3-6-9-twelve layout. There is also lume around the 4:00 date window. It's wonky, but that's the point.
I think enthusiasm is really there for special watches, whether they're independent-maker fausses Richard Mille rm 032 watches, vintage timepieces, or even special modern, neo-vintage watches, Paul Boutros, Head of Americas for Phillips Watches, says. "We just see so much interest for those uncommon watches, and the results really emphasize that."The integrated steel bracelet is so comfortable, and it comes with three straps – leather, NATO, and rubber – that are easy to put on and take off with the quick strap-change mechanism. The movement, the Elite 670 SK Automatic, is a Zenith movement, and it's not the most exciting movement in the world (it's not, for instance, the famous Zenith El Primero), but it's solid and respectable.Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon ChronographDe Bethune DB EightGrand Seiko TentagraphPetermann Bédat Chronograph RattrapanteSinger Reimagined 1969 ChronoTAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph SkipperCaliber: UR-EMCFunctions: Hours; minutes; seconds; δ performance indicator (patented); power reserve; timing adjustment screw.Power Reserve: 80 hoursWinding: Manual-winding MaxonIt's an incredibly effect albeit a bit dizzying. At the edge of the top crystal the watch also features a pulsometer scale which overlaps the borosilicate dial pattern and is only visible at certain angles. At oblique angles, the effect fades away to some extent and takes on another light.

During the height of the brand’s commitment to mechanical precision and accuracy, watches like this were produced in an effort to flex the manufacture’s horological knowhow during observatory trials, in which the Cal. 30T2 proved to be a workhorse caliber by all definitions of the term.Brand: Audemars PiguetModel: Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon GMT Reference Number: 26589IO.OO.D056CA.01Diameter: 44mmThickness: 16.1mm Case Material: Titanium Dial Color: Black/GreenWater Resistance: 100 meters Strap/Bracelet: Green rubber with sandblasted titanium clasp and an additional black rubber strap. But at 39mm, in an era downstream of the commercial success of watches like the Tudor Black Bay 58, the sizing seems just right. And where the case width has shrunk by 3mm, the lug-to-lug is more than 5mm shorter than on the 42mm model (from 52.4mm to 47mm). For a watch that was often noted as being quite long in the case – too long for my wrist – this change might be the secret to making this beautiful design suit a wider range of wrists.

The Savonnette is one of my all-time favorite "niche category" link watches and oh link how I long to see her rise from the Cartier grave of historical deep cuts. Frankly, it sort of feels as link if I'm going head-to-head with Tony on his Basculante (which I obviously would have chosen had I gone first). link
