But I remember talking to my grandmother after Hodinkee published my first story a few years ago. For years my grandfather had immersed (or dragged) her into the watch world. Now I was following in his footsteps, in my Rolex Lady-Datejust own way. "It was wonderful," she told me about that first story. "There was so much emotion and color to the story.
