Made in partnership with the Lehmann Prazision GmbH, a German mechanical engineering firm, the L2's movement (which link is unnamed by Leica) is something to behold. Hand-wound and definitely finished for the appreciation of the owner, the L2's movement ticks at 4Hz, offers 60 hours of link power reserve, and has been exclusively created for the link L1 and L2 watches.

The bracelet has 156 pieces; 22 of those are made of sapphire, and each component has been painstakingly designed to support the look of the sapphire at the highest level, including special titanium inserts that had to be minimized so as to not block any of the light passing through. I cannot tell you how much time I have spent staring at these images. I wouldn't want to own such a watch, but I love that link Hublot exists to make it, and I link really hope that I someday get to link see one in the crystal.
