based on what we've learned this week, deliveries have begun in very limited numbers and in very limited markets. One interesting facet to this story is that Audemars Piguet says that this watch was developed in collaboration with collector Austen Chu (who you probably know as replika Omega @horoloupe on Instagram). Fratello has now followed that up with the Promenade Transparencies, also in "Viridian Green."I'd like to pre-emptively apologize to my friends in the "Heuer Heritage" WhatsApp chat for featuring this watch. I understand the want to keep things quiet when a great vintage Heuer comes up for sale in an unexpected place but I have a duty to my Bring A Loupe faithful who stick with me through ramblings about detent tourbillon pocket watches.
Supporting the TriAx, we find a movement of typical Voutilainen excellence. Beautifully structured and painstakingly finished, Kari actually hand-drew the movement to ensure he had a close connection with its balance and tolerances. Despite coming from two very different minds, the Thunderdome is a fantastic and dramatic example of high-end modern watchmaking that replica Jaeger LeCoultre feels cohesive, beautifully designed, and wondrously executed.In auction land, it's traditionally Patek, Rolex, and then everyone else, though this has changed in the past few years with auction houses taking in more modern and indie watches. It goes deeper than that. This VC was also a gift from Ly's father but not to him. link "My dad really gave that to my wife when we got link married" Ly says. "That was his gift to link her welcoming her as his daughter-in-law it was the watch he had forever."
