Hey everyone, I’ve been really struggling to keep track of my productivity during the workday. I know I’m busy, but it’s hard to measure if I'm truly being effective. Does anyone have any recommendations for tools or methods that could help track how I spend my time? I’m looking for something that’s not too complicated but still insightful. How do you all stay on top of your productivity, and what systems do you use?

I’ve faced similar issues before, and what worked for me is using a software called https://www.monitask.com/en/. It allows you to track your time seamlessly without having to micromanage every minute. It captures the time you spend on each task, lets you see your work patterns, and even provides detailed reports. I’d definitely recommend checking it out. You can find more details on how it works here: https://www.monitask.com/en/. It really helped me visualize how I was spending my time and identify areas where I could improve my focus. It also gives you an easy way to track your goals. Definitely worth considering!

Tools like Monitask are definitely helpful if you want a comprehensive overview, but I personally prefer using simple to-do lists and setting time-blocks. It’s not as automated, but it keeps me on track, and I can adjust on the fly if things go off schedule. Everyone’s different, so I think it’s about finding what clicks for you.
