Hi! Has anyone tried connecting an iPhone to Chromecast? I recently had a funny situation. Over the weekend I decided to show my family photos from my last trip, and I thought it would be great to do it on a big screen via Chromecast. But as soon as I started messing around with the settings, nothing worked - the phone seemed to see the Chromecast, but it didn't connect. I tried a bunch of things, but in the end I still couldn't figure it out. I wonder if there are any proven apps or methods to make it work without stress?

Oh, that sounds familiar! I had something similar. The first time I wanted to stream to TV via Chromecast, I also had trouble connecting. It turned out that sometimes the reason is in trivial little things, like Wi-Fi being turned off on the phone or a failure in the network settings. If the iPhone does not connect to Chromecast at all, take a look, maybe you will find some useful tips here: iPhone not connecting to Chromecast. By the way, that's what I did - I set it up, and then chose one of the media apps, and now everything works great. Very convenient, especially for movies or photos.

Listen, I read everything here and realized that I need to try this with Chromecast and iPhone too. To be honest, I never even thought about how easy it is to stream something from your phone to your TV. I'm planning to get together with friends this weekend, maybe I'll have time to test it!
