start with that, record it- or series it- concentrate to it and try and hear what you want to add to it.The principal element to don't forget here is that typically a "tune" or instrumental piece has awesome components which might be organized in a few order (and with some variant ... Depending) ... Like the "general" (verse/verse/chorus/verse/damage/verse/chorus type model ... The order isnt as essential so long as there's some structure).
