Dear Vet,

Please help us to retrieve the account of the rank1 player in our server50 . the name is Zaiross but some player change the name in to irving and owning that account, that account is already inactive and making abuse of it that not belongs to him.

Hoping you have immadiate action

We cannot just retrieve or ban an account unless u can provide us a valid proof of screenshots of said players saying that the account is not his. If his abusing or bullying you on the server you can post screenshot as well and we will take actions once it does merits a mute or ban.

A FB account that is used to login the game. Are u aware that any player here who have seen the post of your server mate can report you to Facebook for account selling as well.

I have irving banned for account selling

I have the top player irving on a watch list.


two out of the 3  using the same IP block and in the same country, and they share the same name... what are the odds of that ?

irving i got screen shot u really selling that account to me n it is not urs. u pilot that account in S50. zaiross name u change name to irving vip 6. is not even ur account and u want to sell it to me. screen shot with proof stil dare deny. so u try to scam me saying that is ur account but S50 server all the people know u pilot that id

i didnt lie and proof is there. and i want to say thank you to all the gm for helping out n banned the account. he really try to scam me. and it is illegal to sell, purchasing or share account in this game.

irving, u never pay to buy vip 6 for that pilot id and u try to sell it to me saying is ur account. so u want to scam my money. and by the way u never reload money in this game. dare deny after all the screen shot are there. thats why i said ur a liar and a scammer. still lie to gm u wanted sell the irving vip 0 id. u think they are stupid

Ok after reviewing the screenshots, and the fb account of the selling player


I have blocked ☺Irving☺ vip 6. The real owner of the account will get hold of us quickly and be able to provide proof of account ownership


The reason for this is some things that cause me serious concern


the image on a players FB page was taken by the ☺Irving☺ account and the account information is clearly shown in the screenshot so it was that account that took the screenshot.


A vip 0 account is not worth anything. It is very strange that a player would try and sell a vip 0 account to a vip 4 player for 7k pesos when it would only cost 3k pesos for the buying player  to get to vip 6 from vip 4

The selling player dropped the price to 4k ...... again, thats still more expensive than the cost of going to vip 4 to vip 6....... vip 0 account for 4k ???? seriously ???


In the conversation, at no point does the selling player say the account is vip 0

irving..ur selling me zaiross id vip 6 S50, u change the owner name to irving then claim is ur account n wanted to sell it to me for 7k then give me last offer for 4k. all the proof is there so whatever u want to say is ur problem. still dare lie saying selling me the irving vip 0 to me. i just want to say thank you to community manager for helping out and banned the scammer like u.
