[checking ] s51 7Day Rivalry event Wing never falls rewards

Server s51 Ivy Rose 7day rivalry event wing never fails rewards were not claimed and i think its bugged. Been checking it since the day the server opened and started the event coz we are on the top 20 and has been expecting it when the event expires, but until now all of the players can't claim it. Please check on this so most of us won't get disappointed in playing. I attached below a print screen of my account so you guys could verify. IGN: begatooth Level: 51 Class: Priest

  • Susanne: Hi begatooth. The 7 Day Rivalry rewards are to be claimed within 24 hours after the event ends. If fail to claim the reward within this period of time, then they are not available to be claimed. It has been confirmed from other player that the 5k br rewa

Players appear to be getting very confused over this event......


first, they need to be over 5000 Wing BR in order to be eligible for the rewards. Then it works on the top 20 players over 5000 wing BR


Second, the event time is from the 3rd of 11th to the 4th of 11th, it means that the players wing BR has to be over 5k wing br before the end of the event at 23.00....

the claim time for the rewards is 4th to 5th of the 11th, its 24 hours to claim the rewards.....


We will check the wing event issue and see who is actually entitled to what rewards

we knew when that event will be able to claim and we are waiting for it and when the claim botton activates we can't collect it and we thought its a bug and you guys gonna fix it and before we know we can't claim it totally the event already expired..how are you gonna explained that?..pls do it on it we're not stupid

Over the weekend, things are slower as the devs have the weekend off ( or try to ) so issues like this are held over until weekend days.


As stated, the event will be checked in regards to the players that do fit the criteria for rewards and what rewards they should have recieved but it does take time to check the logs so the players will need to be patient

As i have stated there, that i was checking on it since it started and expired. Still it didn't show that we can collect it. 24hours to claim as you say? Then wouldn't you think that active players specially top 20 will not check on it? Please if there's a possibility that you can check on the issue about claiming rewards please help us. Thanks
