[resolved] special offer rebate not working

After getting the special offer to 100 it offered me a recharge rebate: "charge 400 get 800".  So I clicked the rebate which took me to the recharge page.  I charged 400, but I only got 400, not 800.  How do I claim the rebate?

really hoping for fast response.  as you can see offer says it expires in 11H but I already used the REBATE button to RECHARGE and did not get the bonus diamonds.  I can provide order numbers if needed.

Ok, I think I figured out the issue, I was reading it wrong.  I need to charge *800* to get *400* free.  Wow, that was really difficult to understand (bad translation work I think).


I just charged 800 and it worked.  It's frustrating that I wasted (i.e. no special offer) $9.99 on 400 diamond though...
