Please sort out the issues with this game. It's incredibly frustrating that NOTHING has been corrected. We have had DUTY CALL once in 2017. ONE TIME. The week that we had it was also the only week there were any offers.

1) Since January---there is no possible way to get red elixir needed to advance heroes.
2) There have been no updates....ever...
3) There are some fairly critical Red heroes that can ONLY be obtained in DUTY CALL (and no Duty Call)
4) The load times are getting ridiculous.
5) Cross Server is at two of the worst times possible---when practically no one is on (12:30 am EST and 9:00 am EST).

I will be honest though---the only one of those things that is absolutely necessary is the DUTY CALL. Personally---my primary has all of the heroes from Duty Call---but there are a LOT of newer---really good players that log on daily who are stuck and simply cannot move forward. Yes---we are aware that no one knows HOW to fix the game entirely. We know a third party is "working on it" and doesn't know exactly what the LAST third party did to fix anything---let alone the designers/original developers. So don't try to fix everything. Don't try to make everyone happy. Just do DUTY CALL only. THAT will help more than any possible offers by giving newer laying a chance (not a guarantee) to be more competitive. There are loads of more issues---but that is the only one that is critical at this point.
