my first account did invest on level up plan at lvl 36 . I only claimed lvl35=400 lvl30=400 and lvl1=200... when I reached 40 + I never claimed those plans.

this player said he invested yesterday at lvl40/41. He claimed all from lvl40 and below. Today he just reached 45 and 50 and still claimed both.

now hes waiting to get 55 to get 1600? how come?

Make sure you do all the main and side quests up to level 40

What exactly is your issue here? You can purchase the level up plan as soon as you have the finance plan unlocked - you just won't be able to claim all of it until you reach the correct level. Now, if you're saying that you've been unable to claim the subsequent lvl 40+ of the plan, then I suggest following forum procedures and give your ign and server + screenshots.
