IGN: LiVe4FuN server 7 Lordsroad I was viewing my pet and suddenly an auto pet hatch was noted. I never click anything . It cost me 400 diamonds . There was no confirmation if i want to hatch pet using 400 dia. Pls return back my 400 dia and u can take away s pet which i got as shown in this ss. I got plenty of s pet and no used for me.

This problem happens when the game was lag... you can see that in the chat box which i call out lag before i view my pet. Don't say that its my fault ....i know how to play and been here for a year .Don't tell me be careful next time i'm not a kid .Why do i have to hatch spending 400 that i have many s pets. Be serious about it. And you are not allowed to do this?? If not you find others who can check. We are spending real money and want a satisfied service. How can we be careful if its an auto hatch...

Sorry about this happened again.The reason that caused your wrong operate is about lag,but our server is running normally and there is no stun of our server.Then this is about a lag,not a bug,or ohter players using your account to do that,it is a misopration of yourself,what we can do is just remind you be careful later,but no others anymore.Please understand us.

Oh cmon Van, i know your answering some forum if other vets are busy. You really think if your server not lag all the servers not lag ?? really ?? I think you are just a player like me and know this game very well and its problem.... Anyway i do hope vet Kit or Anubis can check my problems.

Ye , you are dam right . They can only fix if the problem is re recharged. Its useless complaining in the forum even with ss. Money talks. But i won't even spend a single cent in this game anymore. I'll just have fun.

It is hard to handle this kind of issues as it is hard to collect evidence .And we have checked the game ,it runs well ,there is no such glitch of hatching pets automaticlly .you may did that by accident .But even for that reason ,we can not refund you 400 diamonds .You need to be careful next time .

Sorry Van, for my improper action and rude words that i post on this forum. Its probably that day i was bitten by our neighbor"s dog and i feel irritated. After 5 doses of injection i received i felt guild playing this game that i did not say even a nice word. I won't hatch my pet from now on since i don't need them to avoid mistakes .But i'm fine now. Hope i don't offended you and this game and to players who follow this post. You're just helping and I salute for your patience towards me and to other players. Keep it up. I'm still supporting this game and with my friends in this game. More power. Thank you.
