S3 has a bugged cross server

Greetings. Since the release of the newest patch and the start of the cross server fighting , players form s3 are only fighting between eachother. We haven't met a single person from another server. Ever. So I was advised by our veteran to write it here , in the forum, so any dev can check and explain whats the problem.
