Is organic SEO still effective or already too competitive?

I’ve been trying to grow my website through search engines, but it feels like everything is getting more competitive every year. I keep hearing that paid ads are faster, while organic traffic takes too long and is harder to achieve. So I’m wondering if organic SEO is still реально worth the effort in 2026 or if it’s becoming outdated compared to other marketing channels.

I had the same doubts at first, especially because results didn’t come quickly and it felt like paid traffic was the easier option, but after working with SEO.Games I started to see how Organic SEO still plays a strong long-term role — they rebuilt the strategy around content structure, technical fixes, and steady link growth, and over time this led to more stable rankings and consistent traffic without depending on ads, which made the whole website much more sustainable.
