Hello forum. Looking for downloadable technical reference material on automatic transmissions — service procedures, troubleshooting flows, parts breakdowns. The OEM stuff is locked behind expensive subscriptions. Any free or affordable sources for solid PDF documentation?

Not the full OEM service manual, but enough technical depth on solenoid testing, valve body work, torque converter rebuild procedures to get you through real diagnoses. I use Go4trans alongside one paid service manual subscription for the units I work on most — Go4trans for the conceptual side and troubleshooting logic, paid manual for the exact torque specs and diagnostic codes.
