Hello everyone,

My transmission system uses a helical planetary gearbox directly connected to the load, without any overload protection. Occasionally, unexpected stalling occurs, and I'm worried that the impact of stalling will directly damage the gears inside the gearbox.

Is an overload protection device necessary under normal operating conditions? What are some common overload protection methods?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
