Walking link in, I thought I was a Panthere girl. link I was wrong. Turns out I want mechanical, round, metal, timeless. I also appreciate that crown guard and how it disrupts the flown from the 2 to the 4 indices with a subtly chaotic 3 o'clock index. Anyone who link knows me knows I'm into subtle chaos. - Lisa Gonzalez, Production Director

3 Quick Remedies for Pelvic Floor Pain
When managing pelvic floor pain (which often stems from overly tight or hypertonic muscles), the goal is to down-train, lengthen, and relax the pelvic region.

1. Diaphragmatic Breathing (Deep Belly Breaths)
The pelvic floor and the breathing diaphragm move together in sync. Taking deep belly breaths physically stretches the pelvic floor from the inside out.

How to do it: Lie on your back with your knees bent, or sit comfortably. Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Inhale slowly through your nose, letting your belly expand fully while keeping your chest relatively still. As your belly rises, imagine your pelvic floor muscles dropping and softening. Exhale gently without forcing the air out.

2. The Child’s Pose (Balasana)
This gentle yoga posture modifies your body alignment to naturally lengthen the pelvic floor muscles while releasing tension in the lower back and hips.

How to do it: Kneel on the floor, bring your big toes together, and separate your knees wide apart. Sit your hips back onto your heels and fold your torso forward, extending your arms out in front of you. Rest your forehead on the floor and take slow, deep breaths into your lower back and pelvic area.

3. External Heat Therapy
Warmth increases blood circulation to tight tissues, which helps disrupt the pain-spasm cycle and signals hyperactive muscles to release.

How to do it: Apply a warm heating pad or a warm water bottle wrapped in a towel over your lower abdomen, pubic bone, or lower back for 15–20 minutes. Alternatively, taking a warm bath can help relax the entire pelvic girdle simultaneously.
