Card trade for 7 spades / hearts

So having mainly a majority of 7 spades and not a single 7 hearts,
can I exchange for an item in House of Cards?

I am fully aware that these cards can't be traded for card points,
but I believe they can allow them to be interchangeable only between these 2 cards.
(i.e. exchange 7 spades for 7 hearts, vice versa)
