I’m planning a trip for a group of 10+ people, and we’re considering Air Canada’s Group Travel Booking option. I’ve heard they offer special discounted fares, flexible payment options, and the ability to manage everyone under one booking — but I’m not sure how smooth the process actually is.

If you’ve booked group travel with Air Canada before, I’d love to know:

• How was the fare compared to individual bookings?

• Was the deposit and payment timeline manageable?

• Did you get the seats together or did that cost extra?

• How responsive was the group travel support team?

• Any hidden fees or things I should watch out for?
