We are undertaking a major consolidation project where we need to migrate email data from several different source systems (primarily Apple Mail and Thunderbird), all of which use the MBOX format, into our new Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online). This involves two critical outcomes:

1. PST Archiving: Creating local PST files for long-term, compliance-driven archival storage.

2. Office 365 Migration: Directly importing the MBOX data into the respective user mailboxes within Exchange Online.

The manual conversion process is absolutely off the table due to the high volume of mailboxes and the associated risks of data loss, metadata corruption, and folder hierarchy issues. We need a professional-grade, automated solution that can handle this dual requirement efficiently.

I'm specifically looking for a tool that can perform batch MBOX processing and offer secure direct migration to Office 365. The tool must be able to map the MBOX data to the correct M365 mailbox and securely handle the authentication process.
