For most of bug reports we will need a ScreenShot about your problem this is a way to explain how you can take one.

I will explain 2 ways, the first one is the most used which doesn't require any program, and in the 2nd one I will use any program.

First Method

1.- Open the window that you want to take the screenshot (The capture will take all whatt you are watching in your monitor, so please open the game or whatever you want to capture)

2.- Press the [Print Screen] Buttom on your keyboard (Click on [Print Screen] to see the location)

On some keyboards, PrtScn might appear as PRTSC, PRTSCN, or a similar abbreviation.

Certain laptops and other mobile devices that lack a PrtScn key might use other key combinations, such as FN+Insert, to capture the screen. Check the manual the came with your laptop or device for specific instructions.

3.- Open Paint program and Click on the Paste function

You can also just press Ctrl+V after openning Paint

3.1.- Edit your picture [If necessary, maybe to hide others programs or info you don't want to show in public]

4.- Save your Image and thats all, you got a ScreenShot about what you want to show us!

SecondMethod

There are a lot of program on google which you can take Screen Shots. one of them is FRAPS it is VERY simple to use and you can go to the download page by Clicking Here, Then install it and you will be ready to take Screenshoots and Video which easy hotkeys I really recommend it.

This program works perfectly with FS Client, you can also make videos easily so we can look at your problem how it really is
