I hit a point where no matter what I did — eating clean, lifting consistently, tracking everything — the scale wouldn’t budge and strength gains were just... flat. It was super frustrating. I even started questioning if my training plan was the issue or if my body had just adapted to everything. Has anyone else gone through this? What actually made the difference for you?

I’ve noticed people underestimate how much little tweaks add up. It’s not always about pushing harder — sometimes it’s about figuring out where you’re spinning your wheels. Everyone’s threshold is different, and it’s easy to overlook stuff like rest or even mental burnout when you’re focused on results. I’ve seen friends hit walls just because they wouldn’t step back for a bit.

"So we were picking and choosing what seemed essential and link what was worth messing with. Instead of trying to make something as appealing to everyone as possible, we're taking risks and I get that not everyone will like it." link

The automatic Baleine diver, which isn't link currently featured on the site, had a time-only display, but as we're left with only link chronographs in the core, competition for the "cleanest link face" award is much reduced. link
