Try to google it.
It is not that difficult to take a screenshot, if your keyboard have a key "Print Screen" or "Prt Sc" press it and then open any image editor, use the paste option and save. After that you can use any image host site (some below) or try to upload from your computer directly in the forum.
We need screenshots and details when reporting a bug. Have you tried to close the game, clear the cache and open it again?
