as the title says I can't get the Tycoon rewads for this week. (march 26-29, 2017)

The issue about the tycoon bug was announced in games and an info about it in events, compensation was give as well in events and for those who are not able to claim once or twice rewards was send via in game mail, attached below is the tycoon bug info for your easy reference.
