1) The events are bugged, you know that because you keep posting about the bugged events

2) we can not send compensation, you know that because you keep posting wanting the compensation

3)  I think you are getting close to about 20 threads about the same issue and you keep getting told the same answer. I am aware that you are asking the GMs near every day and I am also aware of the constant posts on FB


SO again, some of the events in ER are bugged, so they are not being run. That is why there is no events.

We are having trouble sending the compensation because of issues that need to be fixed.

We are stuck because the issues require a dev fix and currently the workload is backed up

Duty call does not run to a schedule. It is a manually timed event and there is some issues with the event where if you do not get some of the purple heroes, you can not get some of the red


Like the tavern it needs to be updated and thats something that was requested months ago by the AMZs and I.

Unfortunately its not a case of just stick new heroes in, they have to be added to the tavern and then set on a random rotation

That is basic and simple on the surface but you have to consider newer players and older players. so even running 25 heroes at a time, may mean that the heroes do not come up for 20 days and then only for one day so its hit and miss for players.


The whole game needs an update like vip rewards as some heroes can be got by quests and in the tavern or duty calls but some players can not donate large amounts for vip or event heroes.

I got sent compensation for a loss of  a Medusa about a week ago, I can provide screenshots, the skype guy based in New Zealand 'Amz Game Service' is his skype name said this: "When a game does not hit 20 servers in a year because of player interest and demand, its not doing very well at all" So due to the lack of players etc there are no INTERNAL ISSUES with the game but instead AMZ are purposely screwing the game over. Now, that's a fact. Players that have put countless hours and MONEY into this game would reach into tens of thousands in both brackets but you still insist on doing NOTHING for the COMMUNITY that basically FEEDS YOU. That is just plain and straight up disrespectful, and if this is the case, the domain will easily be shutdown. Now another statement by your beloved Dev team is this "ER was launched but it did not perform as well as hoped." Again, just confirming the fact that the Devs are purposley screwing the game over and probably inevitably shutting the game down and probably not refunding us for the money and time we put into this game.
Pathetic company, sort yourselves out and stop making up lies.

let me sum it up quickly


Medusa issue, reported 23feb 2017, resolved 23feb 2017 by kitwritten,  player was sent gold as compensation, player confirmed receipt of compensation 23feb 2017


I live in NZ, I also use skype as part of AMZ customer support and yes, I do have the skype logs.


Yes I did say that ER is not doing that well as it has not reached 20 servers in the last year.... that was also said to players in the forums. It does not mean that the game does not have bugs and problems.
