server times, assigned heros,daily login,chaos reset,etc. all jacked up

you guys have been messing with the server times, so assigned heros are not making gold, thousands have just disappeared and heros removed from assigned. daily login is off now, can't claim it as it skipped a day, chaos space is not resetting from previous day, ranked match is locked out so can't claim, no world boss available because of server time change.  these are awful for daily players of this game. maybe you would like us to not play your games anymore? is that why you are causing so much trouble? is there compensation in the works for making your daily players lose out on so much action?

Recently we had to do maintenance to change the server times because of US changes to day light savings.


There was a emergency maintenance to fix a issue at the weekend that prevented players logging in, the issue with the server times after that maintenance, was fixed.


So no the disruption was not intentional at all but purely accidental and AMZ sympathise with the players over the issues.


The delays in getting some issues addressed is because I had to go and get the screenshots from the servers as players did not provide them as required for bug reports, so again, we are sorry for the added delays.
