Need someone to look at my diamonds

ok again, for some reason market transactions are subtracting diamonds when I sell stuff.  When I logged off earlier today I had 625 diamonds I had put up a scroll and t1 gold bridle to sell to my alt, which I then bought on my alt.  This should have raised my said balance but instead after loggin back in to main my balance after sales is 550 this makes no sense since I was not on to spend any diamonds and I didn't spend any logging in.  So please someone look and see where they went because I don't have auto use diamonds turned on for anything.  The scroll sold for 98 diamonds after fee's and the bridle for 4 diamonds.  My balance should be 727.

PS can not figure out how to take screen shots of the game on MiniClient, not that it matters you should be able to track diamonds in short periods.

ok


based on what I see. you had 448 diamonds. the scroll gave you 98 for a balance of 546 and the bridle gave you 4 for a balance of 550.

which is weird cause I had 625 when I logged out and before I put the scroll and bridle on market, I was being very careful with them cause my panda expires I 2 days at the time which is why I put that on market for my alt so I would have enough to pay for new panda.....  so I have no clue where those diamonds went.  I had recharged for alchemy event but made sure I only used enough to not have to recharge again for panda which because of the odd balance and not knowing where those diamonds went I had to anyways.

You had 627.... but I am going to forward this for a check......


what I am seeing, is not right. you had 627 balance on the 16 th then when the 98 was credited, it was added to a balance of 448 to give you 546 on the 18th and there is nothing in between so I can not see why the balance dropped near 200 diamonds.
