Try a 32 bit version of the browser instead of 64 bit.... the problem is not the game its the browser.
Some changes to the browsers mean that context3d will not run in 64 bit browsers

Yes that error is one of the harder ones to fix, it can be fixed, its just a cause of locating where the conflict is, with flash player.
