guildbattle chest/reward BUg .....no advance exilier

hi...


i want to report a guild battle reward chest.....

it did not give me advance exilier A and other B,C,D

it give when you open it right...?

but when i open it didnt add to my stock advance exilier

and i review the reward theres no advance exilier every thing is present Lamps,chest.keys.gem chest etc.   except

Advance exielier

what happen to it.....

theres no question Im sure that i open the 100k guild rewards.....

I start to worry because it happens only in my acc...

other acc just can get it im not sure to the other... but i see one get his reward and he get advance exiliers also advance exilier A  

Im a die hard player in this game but if this continues i will force to quit..

because of this problem so PLs help me im begging you..... check fix this one

The issue was reported a few days ago, it was picked up by one of the GMs on the server and fully checked to confirm it was a error
