FS S28 compensation update 9th march

Dear FS 28 players.

 

We have had a update from the Felspire developers and unfortunately the news is not good.

Due to unforeseen issues, the devs are not able to find the players merc information in the database so they can not confirm items for compensation and replacement.


They have offered compensation of 1200 diamonds and the merc token that the player had. This is for FS S28 ONLY


We do understand that it will not compensate the players for the time and effort lost because of this issue. Unfortunately the developers need to work on other projects so this is their final compensation offer.

We hope the players understand that this is not the preferred outcome and result for the players and we are deeply saddened at the impact on the players game play on S28.

The answer is that the devs are not responding on the issue and we need their ok to send the compensation.


Unfortunately they wanted the issue resolved quickly and we were sending a few names every few days when they came in so the devs were not having to stop and go back over the logs again.

I will give you a straight answer. the issue happened in the last week of feb,  some reports of missing mercs were coming in on the 23rd of march, almost a month later after the devs cut off any more claims on the 22nd of march


The devs have stopped responding to any questions about the merc compensation. There is nothing AMZ can do about it.
