Dear Players,

After collecting players' ideas on the server merge and evaluating the server dates, we decide to merge uc2, S42 into one server and uc1, S41, S43 into other server on March 13, 2017 04:00 AM EDT/08:00 AM UTC.
Server will be shut down for 4 hours. Please go offline ahead of schedule and plan your playing time.

Multiple Characters

Multiple characters for one account will not be combined with each other, your character remains with whichever server you login to access him/her.
For example, suppose S1 merges with S2 and you have a character on each. When you login to S1, your character will be whichever character you had before on S1; and the same for when you login to S2.

Information Reserved

All players' information will remain the same as the server you were previously in (rankings not included).

Resets

1. Account Reset: Offline for 7 days or more; level 15 and below (Lvl. 15 included); no VIP subscription.
2. Zodiac Rankings Reset. Challenge the Zodiac after the merge to rank among the great!
3. Team Arena Rankings Reset. Uncollected rewards obtained from Team Arena will be sent to the player via mail.
4. Clash of Might Rankings Reset. Uncollected rewards obtained from Clash of Might will be sent to the player via mail.
5. Points Reset. Uncollected rewards obtained from Tidal Pool, Gemology and Raiders will be sent to the player via mail.
6. Rankings Record Reset. Uncollected rewards obtained from Wyrm Race, Gemology and Tidal Pool will be sent to the player via mail.
*All Ranking records (Clash of Might, Team Arena) will be reset after the merge.

Hot Events

Hot events in merged servers will be reset after the merge; however, rewards from existing events are still retrievable.

i had a toon on S42, when i click on s42 it says uc2, there is no way i am starting over.. i spent way to much money to just start over.. how do i get my toon back that was on s42 ? he was over lvl 50 and i read only under lvl 15 would be deleted

Same here Kit, thats not cool.

Entered my Server after the merge and it says Hero.

WTF!!!! I paid a lot for my toon. Really.

i'm River, hey Caramon. same thng.. they are working on it.. i create a new toon and was talking with someone on game then i type in world chat and it doesn't pop up so i refresh and i have to make a new char again... nothing from s42 transfered over to uc2.. they are working on it i believe.

i don't know how to get ahold of anyone from s42 to see if they were having the same problem or not, i have silverspider on facebook but she hasn't replied back when i sent her a message. so i wasn't sure if it was just me or not. i had only played 8 days and spent around $1,600 usd.. so i am hoping that it gets fixed..

Only missing 200k br and i don't know where they are mssing right now.

Better not asking for compensation...

I got 16 rename cards in my bagpack...

Do I have to rename myself from Caramon now or was ist due

to the database mess, the devs did?
