[checking] Mail Bug From System

Hello my charactor name is Lopis, Server S11 Farria Fair, i logged on and seen that i had some mail, opened it to see finance plan reward of 2860 diamonds. I proceed to click to claim and all i get is FAIL across the screen. I have not collected it in the past, i just logged in now from being away for a while. Any chance i can get my diamonds?

Oh btw i did click to send a ticket, but every time i click send ticket it sends me to forums.

Ok so now i reset my game, and the mail is gone for it?!

If it says fail it means that the mail has been collected or it expired
