the total recharge can be made up of multiple payments.

So it is possible for a player to recharge up to 10k diamonds with 5x 2k diamond packs and get hero titles without getting the same hero title 2 times

The recharge events are based around the recharge logs and the average type of recharge done by players.

In furtherance of that idea Tsao link and his team have put together a movement link based upon the tried-and-true ETA-2824 they call it the MD-1.
