I would like to change the guild - but How do I change the old guild Leadership.  so that I can go

To change the leader of the guild you need to have a deputy, In the guild panel, go to members and then open promote Next to the deputy (If you don't have one you will need to set it to the person you want to take over the guild) there will be an option to transfer ownership. When you have done that you will be free to leave

had forgotten to put the game   --- Clash Of Avatar

 I can not find any possibility of transfer of ownership

The only way for you to transfer ownership is to be offline for 7 days where in your deputy can inherit ownership of the guild.
