What happened, what you remember is missing.
Also please check if you logged in the right server and with the right credentials.

all of my gems including level 10
around 80+pcs chaos space reset
gears, shards and scrolls (a lot of them)
energy crystals of heroes (around 5k (str gem) 11k(int gem)-- i have 5k (dex) but i think this is not the right amount)
and some other items

It was probably a problem downloading server data to your PC ;)
That's why it is always important to force clear of cache when a problem happens ;P
