A server merging is scheduled on Feb. 17th. Several servers will have maintenance on February 17th, 2017 from 03:00 to 06:00 EST (08:00-11:00 UTC) for merging. Maintenance is expected to take approximately 3 hours. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!

The servers (main server) to be merged are:

US East Servers S35, S57 and S63 will be merged together.

US East Servers S65 and S73 will be merged together.

Europe Servers S33, S41 and S51 will be merged together.

Europe Servers S60, S66 and S72 will be merged together.

Servers involved:

S33, S37; S35, S36, S40, S42; S41, S43, S45, S46, S48, S49; S51, S53, S56, S58; S57, S59, S61; S60, S62, S64; S63, S71, S74; S65, S67, S69; S66, S68; S72, S75, S77; S73, S76, S78.

Notice:

1.     Log in

Players should log in game on original server.

2.     Recharge

Players should recharge on original server. And the diamonds will be sent to your original server, too.

3.     Character Names

A character's name will only be changed if characters on different servers have the same name. In that case, the character will have -S## added to the end of their name after merging. And players who have same names will get a Name Card freely.

4.     Guild Names

A Guild's name will only be changed if guilds on different servers have the same name. In that case, the guild leader of the guild has one free chance to change guild name after merging.

5.     Character Removing

In order to avoid potential name conflicts and improve gaming experience, we will remove some characters which fit the following strict guidelines:

a.     A character that had not logged in within the last 7 days.

b.     Be under level 20.

c.     Have no record of ever recharging

Only a character who meets all three of the conditions above will be deleted.

6.     Ranking reset

After merging, the ranking will be reset and all the titles of ranking will be recalled.

7.     Merging Compensation

All players of the servers mentioned above will get a merging gift in mail after servers merging.
