Can you please provide your in game name and server, The problem with relics is they don't show up in your inventory so you could have just unequipped the item and when you refreshed the battle rating updated. If you open the Relic panel and then go to equip a relic and check if it shows in there.
Also, Fairy Mirror is a legendary relic which can be recycled, and you can get enchantment stones from recycling them could you have done that by mistake?
