Login Frozen at 13%

I ahve been frozen at 13% trying to log on to server 35 for the last 2 hours.  Many of our guild members have been reporting the same for the last few weeks.  All of us are using different browsers and different computers. My sister is able to log on to her server using my computer and browser with no trouble.  Please fix this.  If we city control tonight because we can't get on I will be very very upset.

Please try flushing your dns like I have showing in the screen shot above , if it still does not work . Try using comodo dragon or the ice dragon browser . Using firefox or chrome with normal windows DNS , you could get the issue ... using comodo dragon with a different secure dns server ( comes with the browser ) you can get straight in server . Thank you

Successfully flushed as suggested.  No change.  This game is rapidly going downhill.  No Character updates.  No level updates. New mounts that are not available.

Glenda    Server S35 Rodents Realm (US East0  got booted out last night at 8:50PM EST and have not been able to get back in since.  Frozen at 35%

the flushing thing does not work FIX YOUR PROBLEM and quit saying its on our end when its on yours I cant get on and if we lose the city because of your problem you will not fix I think you own UNION guild a huge comp.pack I've all ready tried 3 browsers ,3 computers one of which is an Alienware and I have cable internet it's time you fix it or pay up alot of use have a lot of money tied up in this game .......HardtoHande  Union Guild Leader ,Lord of the City , s35 Rodent's Realm !!!!

Was logged on and got booted at 1900 EST on 6 Feb 2017. Been frozen since at 13% again.  When is this going to end?
