Hi, I'd like to raise awareness that game session timeout is happening quite frequently when reloading the game after the screen freezes on loading when changing game interface and panels.

May I know why this is the case but when a game update happens, it doesn't ever log me out after reloading?

That is normally a issue with a browser and connection

Try using the browser in safe mode to rule out issues with addons and extensions

I need to switch my pc to safe mode to run my browser?

The browser needs the flash addon to run the game. Disabling it won't even load the game.. lol

You do have some good sense of humor for a community manager.

I did say quite clearly, Try using the BROWSER in safe mode....
