I and several of our guild members are unable to attach a screenshot to a post.  Is there another way to report a player that is making verbal physical threats online to our guild members?  This player (Hackerpro) has been muted more times than I can count for making threats and swearing on line.  

When I go to attach it, it just sits in the "download" stage.  I have had one downloading for 30 minutes now.  "it is not my computer"  I have no problem attaching to anything else.  I took the screenshot using "Print Scrn" and saved it to my desktop as a .png and as a .jpg file using Windows paint.
