We are aware of the issue with US east servers stuck on the loading screen. The devs have been informed of the issue and are working to fix the issue.


We apologies for the loss of game time for US East players and hope to have the issue resolved ASAP

As much as the other players have been complaining the past couple of months, and the disregard the developers have for the game itself, this could be it---the "straw that broke the camel's back". The developers need to decide one way or the other which direction they're wanting to go. Are you going to keep the game up or kill it? Not doing anything for a week at a time (when an issue arises) is irresponsible and unprofessional. It takes AMZ too long to respond to anything at all. And if something happens on a Friday---you're screwed. Maybe by Tuesday they will actually consider it worth bothering with.
